A federal judge again sided with CNN, MS NOW and Politico in their fight to retain White House access

Once again, President Donald Trump has suffered a setback in his efforts to restrict press access to the White House.

In a ruling late Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly ruled that the Trump administration must allow CNN, MS NOW and Politico access to the White House while their case to have the ban permanently overturned plays out in court.
