Tech journalism heavyweight Kara Swisher is counting the days until she can split from CNN now that Paramount’s merger with parent company Warner Bros. Discovery has officially gotten the green light.

The CNN star confirmed she’ll be saying sayonara to the network as soon as her contract expires at the end of this year during Tuesday’s episode of her “Pivot” podcast, telling co-host Scott Galloway she just couldn’t imagine working under Paramount boss David Ellison.
